OBJECT/FORM is an independent European design studio working at the intersection of collectible design, architecture and contemporary craft. We design slowly, make in small numbered editions, and let the material have the last word.

02 — Material
Material is the brief.
Every piece begins as a material conversation. Oak for structure, walnut for warmth, stone for weight, brass for the small moments of light. We work with local sawmills, quarries and specialist workshops — and we let the material, not the trend, decide the form.

03 — Philosophy
A studio with a point of view.

Form
We reduce until the form cannot lose anything else without becoming something else. Each object is a proposition about proportion.

Material
Materials are not surfaces to be styled — they are the argument. We source directly and finish naturally, letting oak, stone and steel age with grace.

Restraint
A small number of things, made extremely well. No seasonal churn, no trend chasing — editions of eight, numbered, signed, documented.

Time
Good objects are slow. A piece may spend a year in the studio before it earns a number. We think in decades, not drops.
